Owen T. Bach
Owen T. Bach is a paralegal with the firm of Guyer & Enichen who specializes in the analysis of real estate valuations and property tax assessment principles. His expertise in this area was gained from his ten year background as a member and chairman of the Board of Review which heard all Winnebago County real estate taxation complaints. In that capacity he has represented the Winnebago County Board of Review at hearings before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. Mr. Bach has been Owen Township Supervisor for almost thirty years.Mr. Bach also owns and operates Owen Bach Financial Services, specializing in life insurance and investments.

Kerry L. Shoemaker
Kerry L. Shoemaker has been with the firm of Guyer & Enichen P.C. since 1987. She began her career at Guyer & Enichen as a Legal Secretary and was requested to create the position of Office Administrator in 1993. She now is in charge of all aspects of the daily operation of the firm. In addition, Ms. Shoemaker supervises a support staff of nine people, attends to the requirements of seven attorneys and is the legal assistant to the senior partner.Ms. Shoemaker graduated Rockford College, cum laude, in 1992, with a B.S. in Human Relations. She has taken graduate courses at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and many other seminars and classes in furtherance of her education.
