Barbara E. Niven manages the daily operations of Guyer & Enichen. She also serves as an Executive Legal Assistant to attorney and Partner, John D. Lanpher, and assists Partners G. Michael Scheurich and James Tuneberg in providing corporate services to our clients.

Owen T. Bach is a paralegal who assists in the analysis of real estate valuations and property tax assessment principles. Owen previously served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Review, representing the Winnebago County Board of Review during hearings before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. Owen also serves as the Owen Township Supervisor.
